The rush and frenzy of the holidays are upon us, at least, upon me. Gifts to buy, money to send, decorations and tree to put up, continuing ed./license renewal, rooms and closets to tidy up, etc, with just over a month or so left to do them all. I'm stressing out and starting to feel that indecision-paralysis, i.e., if I cannot do it right just the way I want it, why even start? I have to continually remind myself that only few things really matter: in our case, that Jojo is relatively healthy and that he is here with us.
Speaking of Jojo, he is now singing "All I want for Christmas are my two fronth teeth." He lost his second tooth a week ago and got another visit from the tooth fairy. Jojo is currently keeping himself busy playing on the computer or "bugging" us to play "space" or "cars" with him. I would say that Nana and Miss Frances (Jojo's sitter) have the patience of Job when it comes to playing pretend with Jojo: for all of Jojo's stories about being in space or when playing with cars never seem to have an ending. Brady and I salute these ladies and thank them for their love and patience.
I don't think I took any pictures or videos of Jojo last week, if you can imagine that. Below are two videos when he was four years old and when his arms/wrists/hands were stronger. Nowadays, Jojo mostly paints and draws using his computer.
Happy Thanksgiving! Sending love and hugs from VT.
